Do I need a referral?

Unless your insurance company requires one, you DO NOT need a doctor's referral to begin physiotherapy.

Mondays: 11am - 6pm

Tuesdays: 11pm - 6pm

Wednesdays: By appointment

Fridays: 10am - 5pm

What do I bring for an initial assessment?

Comfortable clothing and shoes appropriate for the area being examined should be worn.

As well, please bring any medical documents pertaining to the issue.

There is also 1 hour street parking on Lipton Ave. Please follow the posted signs information.

There is metered street parking along Pape Ave and Danforth Ave.

A paid parking lot is also available at the west corner of Pape Ave and Lipton Ave.

Insurance and Direct Billing

Invictus Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre is registered with most major insurance companies for easy billing.

At this time, direct billing is not provided by the clinic.

Billing and scheduling is done primarily using the Jane App online system. It securely stores your credit card and medical notes as you undergo physiotherapy.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask you cancel or reschedule any appointments with at least 24 hours notice.

This can be done via email or by yourself on the Jane App.

A one strike grace policy applies, after which, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations within 24 hours.
